1. The app
Velora Maps provides maps, navigation tools, and optional Velora Pro features. Features, coverage, and availability can vary by device, region, data source, and network connection. We may improve, change, or discontinue features as the app develops.
2. Safety and map accuracy
Maps, places, routes, terrain, and guidance may be incomplete or outdated. Check road signs, local conditions, and official instructions. Do not interact with the app while driving when it would distract you. Velora Maps is an aid to exploration and is not an emergency or safety service.
3. Velora Pro subscriptions
Velora Pro is offered through Apple’s App Store as an auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen shows the available plan, full price, billing period, and any eligible trial before you confirm with Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its applicable terms. Unless you cancel before renewal, a subscription renews at the displayed rate. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can use Restore Purchases in the app to recover eligible access with the same Apple Account.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others and the terms of any map or content provider. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Map data and intellectual property
Velora Maps includes map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and may include other licensed content. The app design, names, and original assets belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant ownership of the app or third-party map data.
6. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Third-party services linked from the app may have separate terms and policies.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the app useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of all third-party data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velora Maps is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under local law.
