Frequently asked questions
Can I use Velora Maps offline?
Yes. Download a region while you have an internet connection. You can then browse its map data offline. Some features, including new downloads and live services, still need a connection.
Why does Velora Maps request my location?
Location lets the app show your position and guide you along a route. You can change its permission in iPhone Settings. You can still browse a map without sharing your location.
How do I restore Velora Pro?
Open the Velora Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If a plan does not appear, check that your App Store connection is working and try again.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Velora Maps, and manage your plan there. Apple handles subscription billing and cancellation.
Can every iPhone talk with Velora?
The conversational guide is shown only on devices where Apple’s on-device Foundation Models are available. Other map features remain available on supported iPhones.
How do I report an incorrect place or route?
Send us a description of the issue and the approximate area. For errors in OpenStreetMap data, you can also contribute a correction through OpenStreetMap.
